You can book by going to our booking site and following these instructions:
Once on the page, follow these steps to complete your reservation:

1. Use the booking widget to select your travel dates.
2. Choose your number of rooms, adults, and children (include children’s ages at time of travel).
3. Review available room categories. The default is the least expensive—select “Change Room Type” to view more. If you don’t see what you need, feel free to contact our advisor.
4. In Special Service Requests, add bedding preferences, room requests, or note any celebrations. (Requests are not guaranteed and depend on the resort.)
5. Review add-on options and reach out if you’d like help choosing (keep in mind airport transfers and excursions at the Xcaret Parks are included)
6. Select “Continue” and enter traveler details. The lead traveler will need an email and phone number.
7. Choose to pay the per-person deposit or pay in full. If you pay only the deposit, use the link in your confirmation email later to submit final payment. If you choose this option all payments must be completed before 4/23/2026.

Additionally, we’re pleased to offer a Flex Pay option, allowing you to spread your payment over 24 months with no down payment required!
